Our delivery charges

• Shop Pickup from outlets at Basundhara City Shopping Mall - Free
• Regular Delivery (Inside Dhaka) - 70TK
• Regular Delivery (Outside Dhaka) - 100Tk
• For Cash On Delivery outside Dhaka, a 1% extra Courier Condition Charge will be added to the total order amount.
• Any orders placed after 8.00 PM shall be treated as orders placed on the next working day.

Note: The delivery charge will vary from product to product.

Estimated delivery time

• The estimated time of Delivery for inside Dhaka City is within 3 Working Days.
• The estimated time of Delivery for outside Dhaka City is within 5 working Days.

Note:

• Any order placed after 8 PM will be considered as an order for the next business day, not the same day.
• Business Day: Saturday to Thursday except for public holidays.
• Delivery might be delayed due to the unavailability of the product or delay from the 3rd Party Delivery Service.
• For Shop Pickups, One can pick up the product from our Bashundhara City outlet on the same day depending on whether the outlet is open on that day.
• Due to Bad Weather Conditions or any natural calamities delivery timeline may change/extend without any prior notice.

Does Nur Telecom deliver internationally?

Nur Telecom doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within Bangladesh.

Note:
Customers are requested to check the product in front of the delivery person after payment for any error found when the product was received.
